Here is my experience: I struggled heavily with acne pre-period, and found my skin was always worse 1 week before my period. That being said, our hormones are deeply, deeply tied to our food intake and most specifically our blood sugar. While I do not recommend going off sugar on the program (don’t think this is a sustainable plan long term LOL) I do recommend that we focus on healthy forms of sugar. To circle this back to the hormonal question, it is my belief and it has been my experience that once blood sugar levels are stabilized, hormone levels are also greatly stabilized, leading to far fewer, if any, breakouts during the normal hormonal flux phase of the menstrual cycle.
90% of my clients see massive improvements in the first 14 days of the program, however, everyone’s experience can be different. That being said, I've found that there was no “it gets better before it gets worse” phenomenon, just a calming and far, far less inflammation.
The first month will be a bit of a detox with our yummy recipes but after that, generally speaking, no. My goal is to create a full balance in your system, as opposed to just a crash and burn type experience, so a detox is not the ultimate goal of the program.

Yes, maybe. We’re removing a ton of bad stuff from your diet and filling you up with delicious goodness. You may see a reduction in your weight, but it’s not the whole point.
Also, if you'd like to avoid weight loss, we will put action steps in place to help you do so.
The whole point of the program is to get you glowing from the inside - out - watching the number on the scale is not a goal.
Yes! Everything in moderation that being said; I've found that as long as we're focusing on moderation here, you won't see a big impact on your skin if you're drinking coffee daily and having a few drinks a week:)
